Anubhav Hydel Power Private Limited (AHPPL) is a company incorporated on 6th November, 2001under Companies Act, 1956 and is having its Registered Office at Plot No. 226, Road No. 78, Phase – III, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad – 500 033, Andhra Pradesh, India. The Main Object of the Company is
“To carry on and generate power supply either by hydro, thermal, gas, diesel oils including natural crude, bunker, seed oil, naptha, any other fuel, biomass, biogas, waste, furnace oil, and any other oils, fuels, materials necessary for generating power or through renewable energy sources such as solar, photo, volcanic wind mill or any other means and to transmit, distribute; supply and sell such power either directly or through transmission lines and facilities of Central/State Governments, others, other consumers of electricity including for corporate consumption for any industrial projects promoted by this company or promoters company and generally to develop, generate, accumulate power at any other places and to transit, distribute, sell and supply such power.”

Sri M. Keshav Reddy aged 51 years started his career in Andhra Bank in 1979 as Agricultural Officer. In 1980, he resigned from Andhra Bank and was associated with rice milling industry in Nalgonda District, Andhra Pradesh. During 1994-95 he along with his younger brother Sri M. Ramesh Reddy promoted a tread rubber manufacturing unit at Choutuppal Village, Nalgonda District, Andhra Pradesh in collaboration to Hercules Rubber Limited, USA. During 1997-98, based on the various incentives for small power projects in Non-conventional energy notified by Government of AP, he promoted and successfully commissioned a 4 MW Biomass based power plant in East Godavari District.
Sri K. Raghuveer is a graduate in computer sciences. He was involved in management of finances of the Company. Besides he was responsible for the timely procurement and implementation of Hydro & Electro-Mechanical Equipment for the project. Presently, he is involved in procurement of Electro-Mechanical equipment for Upper Awa, Luni – II & Luni – III SHP’s.
Sri M. Jayanth Reddy is a Graduate in Agricultural Sciences and a Software engineer. He is presently involved with APIL as a director and is looking after Operation & Maintenance of the Dehar Project. Besides, he was involved in the supervision of implementation of civil works of Upper Awa, Luni – II & Luni – III SHP’s.
Sri M. Arjun Reddy is a graduate in Engineering (Information & Technology) and obtained Masters Degree in Business Administration. He is incharge for implementation of projects in Rampur District.
Sri N. Jayapal Reddy is basically an agriculturist and is having rich experience in rice milling business. Good Administrator and looks after day to day administrative affairs of the company.
Sri K. Jayaveer is a graduate in Mechanic Engineering and obtained Master Degree in Business Administration from USA. He is dynamic, enthusiastic and youngest amongst the Directors. He is incharge for implementation of Projects in Kinnaur District, Himachal Pradesh.
Profile of Technical people Involved in Implementation of the project
Dr. O.P. Chabra is an Electrical Engineering Graduate. He was awarded PHd (Technology) by Moscow Power Institute for research on inter-disciplinary fields of Theory of dielectrics, High polymers and electrical Engineering.
Dr. O.P. Chabra has worked as Sr. engineer (Technologist) and as General Manager (Specialist) with BHEL in the area of Insulation Systems of Rotating Electrical Machines and Generator Research Institute in 1970. During his tenure with BHEL, Haridwar he made significant contribution in organizing of Central Plant laboratories, absorption and establishment of insulation and winding technology of large Electrical Machines and Hydro/Turbo-generators from different collaborators, and was responsible for initiating organizing of Generator Research Institute for Generation of Knowhow for self reliance in area of large, Rotating Electrical Machines up to 500 MW.
Dr. Chabra is Fellow of Institution of Engineers (India), Fellow of Institute of Standards Engineer New Delhi and Senior Member of IEEE (USA).
For his outstanding achievements, Marques “Who’s who in the World” has included his biography in 14th (1997) to 21st Edition (2004). IEEMA, Bombay has awarded him Life Long Achivement award for invaluable service to Electrical Industry in the area of Electrical Insulation in November, 2000 and is the distinguished alumni of Delhi College of Engineering 2003.
Er. S.N. Kapur is an Electrical Engineering Graduate. He was personally involved in the Construction of Pressure Shaft and Draft Tubes for Nahtha Jhakri hydro Power Project (1500 MW). He was one of the team members, construction of Hydro Structgures viz., Diversion Weir, Power House, Penstock, Surge shaft etc., for the Malana Power Company Limited.
The experience of Mr. S.N. Kapur includes (with HP Government and HPSEB)
Conducting of Reform and Restructuring Studies of HPSEB which includes:
Structural re-organisation study for identification and implementation of independent profit centers including services.
Preparation of the Assets Register and Valuation of assets, including services.
Consultation for re-orientation of the various interest groups towards reform.
Preparation of a Power System Master Plan, including services and formulation of a Model to rationalize the tariffs.
Formulation of DPRs of the Hydro Projects in the State Sector, Joint Sector as well as in the Private Sector including the Design and Planning of the associated transmission system for evacuation of Power.
Transmission System : Planning of the State based on load flow, fault levels and System studies.
Planning of Distribution System including the component of Rural electrification.
Formulation and implementation of system Improvement schemes in a given time frame under the Accelerated Power Development and Reform Programme (APDRP).
Training of power within and outside the State with other power utilities.
Formulation and finalization of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Bulk Power Supply Agreements and bilateral agreements with the various Central Sector, State Sector and other Power Utilities.
O & M of state Load Dispatch Centre responsible for daily day ahead scheduling of Power in the Northern Regional Grid, liaison with NREB/NRLDC, daily load and generation forecasting.
Formulation of comments on the CERC Tariff Policy, Open Access to Transmission, Electricity Act, 2003. National / State Power Policy and Power Plans, RE Policy etc.
